{ Year 2024 Review }

In a few days it will be 2025 and in a few weeks I would be 31. At this age, I feel the day is shorter than it used to be. So, what did I do this past year? What are my accomplishment? Did I achieved any goals?

Career

This year was a milestone regarding my career development. I would say this is my biggest jump both in career advancement and monetary. I am proud and thankful.

Family

There were a lot of up and downs this year but for me personally, it makes our bond tougher.

Health

I would say 2024 is the most least active I had been, minus the covid year. I just has a lot less football this year which I often ranted about to my wife.

We got a minor scare a couple of weeks ago where my daughter had to be admitted to the hospital for three nights. Thankfully, she recovered and happy as ever.

Screens

My favourite movies I watched this year was Dune 2 and Deadpool & Wolverine. Dune was great and Deadpool was my most anticipated movie so I am biased to it. Monkey Man was also quite good.

Favourite series or miniseries was Presumed Innocent and The Day of The Jackal. Great plot driven by outstanding performance by Jake Gyllenhaal and Eddie Redmayne.

Solo levelling, Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer, Bleach, and Dragon Ball are some of the animes I kept watching. Dan Da Dan is good and I love it.

The disappointment of the year goes to House of The Dragon (HOTD) S2 and The Umbrella Academy (TUA) S4. TUA S4 is shite while HOTD was hyping for the war the entire season and it had barely any progress.

Manga

I read these; Jujutsu Kaisen, Boruto, Solo Levelling, and Kagurabachi. JJK was my favourite before it got rushed and ruined towards the end. Kagurabachi is a new Shonen Manga with great pace and certainly been my favourite this year.
