{ To Be Consistent }

Behaving in a similar fashion regarding anything that I think important is hard for me to achieve. Right now, my aim is to stay fit and improve my cardio as my football schedule for this month is limited to 2. I do not have any problem with other exercise, but going for a run is something I do not enjoy on my own.

Playing football is my workout, before this it was futsal but as the years progress, most of your time will be spend with your family as your job needs you to be on site 48 hours per week. However, I do concede that I actually have enough time after work to at least have a 30 minutes run but I only manage a run per week.

Consistency has always been my flaw since I was in school. On a good week, I would accomplish all my targets for the week and then procrastination arrived for the whole month. A couple of years ago, I tried bullet journaling to keep myself focus and fast forward to this year, its an on and off progress. The journal itself is only 40 pages filled with mostly just an empty monthly calendar. A monthly plan that supposed to change ny life and workflow.

Now comes the blog, scroll down to the first post and you can see that I planned to write more but that is not the case. It has always been like that for me and it is quite disappointing. Improving your life is quite hard.

I am writing this as I have this feeling of regret after I sold my Fuji camera, and that occasion occurred 2 months ago. The regret is all over the place; from missing my camera, to cardio, and to life improvement. Now, I just want to pickup a camera and shoot. But, the camera market is wild right now especially with Fuji.
