{ Complying Regulations }

My job position is needed for every construction project that is equal or more than MYR20 Million (around USD4 Million). It is required by the law. I accepted my current job in June and started at the company in August. During the interview, I was told that this job would be a challenge for me and would be great for my experience and CV.

The CV part I know is not true as my previous job is much better in recognition in the industry. However, the challenge part is the truth, but, not because of the scale of the project but because of the management. This project is USD22 Million and one of the many projects that the company own. I was hired to advised the company on safety and health matters, to create a system, and maintain it as best as I can. But, after almost 4 months in, I have already thought of seeking for another job.

In my line of work, I need full support of top management. Currently, no one really cares, I am here only for them to comply the regulation on paper.
